+ Is coaching the same as therapy?

Therapy tends to focus on the past. These services are about getting you to be present, make peace with the past and move forward to create your future vision into reality.

In the process, if a psychological limitation or block is identified we will go back into the past and analyse it to gain understanding, so can move forward.

+ What’s the difference between coaching and consultation?

Coaching pulls out answers from the client while consulting tells the client what to do. Coaching is asking quality questions and facilitating, allowing you to walk away with strategies for uncovering your truth on your own. Consulting is about strategy and practical steps, giving you the tools to move forward and take action.
Both are exceptionally useful depending on your intention and goals.
